Valentine’s Evening in the Venetian Lagoon – on 14th Februar 2009

PROGRAMME:

• At 08.00 p.m. boarding on the motorboat “Città di Padova” in Fusina (Venezia).
• Itinerary: we are going to sail in the Venetian Lagoon through the Giudecca Canal, St Nicholaus Canal and to coast along the Lido. We are going to stop in St Mark’s Basin and to dock in order to get off and have a pleasent walk from Riva Sette Martiri to St Mark’s Square with the most beautiful buildings of the city of Venice.
• Disembarkation in Venice: after the dinner we are going to dock in Riva Sette Martiri for the walk to St Mark’s Square. The boat will be docked there until the departure.
• Re-imbarkation: departure at 01.30 a.m. – the celebration will go on on board.
• Return: at midnight departure from Venice to Fusina, at 01.00 p.m. disembarkation in Fusina (Venezia), at the same landing place of the departure, and end of the services.

MENU’ ON BOARD

• Aperitiv: Romantica Venezia with titbits;
• Hours-d’ouvre: shrimps, pickled anchovies and sardines in the manner of Chioggia;
• First Course: Risotto with clams;
• Main Course: mixed fried fish in the Venetian manner with maize cream and vegetables in season;
• Dessert: mixed cakes;
• To toast: sparkling wine;
• Fresh fruit and nuts, coffee and spirits.

The ladies on board will receive a floral gift…

Some dishes can be changed at short notice but we guarantee the quality and the typicalness of the food served during the dinner.

PRICE 2009:
Individuals (joint to a group)	100,00€ p.p.

The price includes: navigation, dinner on board and live music on board.

The price doesn’t include: charter navigation and everything not mentioned in the programme.

Booking conditions:

• The party will take place with minimum 70 people.
• The motorboat “Città di Padova” has a total capacity of 160 passengers, that means 110 passengers in the heated saloon. In spite of this we will fixa limit of 80 passengers in order to give a better quality and to offer more place for dancing. The motorboat will be completely heated and is equipped by double toilets, sun deck and board restaurant. The wardrobe service will be on the top floor and this will be windowed and heated. Our boats are equipped by sun deck, windowed saloon with tables and seats, toilets and coffee bar.
• Booking: the confirmation of the booking must be written to us per fax or e-mail by 10.02.08. At the same time you will have to pay the balance by transfer.
• The acceptance of the reservation depends on the availability of the seats and is closed through written confirmation and payment of the total estimated amount. Delta Tour can anyway release the contract without compensation for damages if there isn’t the minimum number of passengers provided in our programme (min. 70 pax). The seats on board are not numbered. Animals are not allowed to travel on board. Luggage must be as big as a handybag. Delta Tour is not responsible for the objects you leave on board during the stops.
• Revocations: in case that our boats can’t leave because of technical problems such as damage, particular hydrometric conditions of the river and any case owing to a cause beyond control, Delta Tour has got the right to cancel the outstanding reservations and to fix an other date by mutual consent or Delta Tour will refund the costs of the prepaid excursion. If you give up the excursion you’ll have to pay the following penalties: 50% if the cancellation occurs by 15 days before the excursion; 75% if the cancellation occurs by 7 days before the excursion; the entire amount after this terms or in case of no-show. The National and International Arbitral Court of Justice of Venice is competent to deal with controversies.
• Alterations: in captain’s unobjectionable judgment the excursions can undergo some alterations because of particular environment conditions or circumstances that happen during the cruise.
• Warranty: according to the law every passenger on board of the motorboats Delta Tour Navigazione Turistica is insured against travel risks c/o Insurance Company AXA – policy numbers: 4613364 – 4608573 – 4607953.
